As the other reviewers said, this piece takes a bit to assemble and can be spectacular, when you first see all the different screws and boards, but authentically it wasn't bad at all. I've never had to assemble anyone besides my college futon and I accomplished this without a problem!
There were no missing parts and all things came in good condition. Half way through construction this (just the frame of it)it was very wobbly. I didn't think the thin back would help but it is highly sturdy now; cannot believe how much that helped with stability!! I love the color and am glad I bought this!
